Cashing out the morning's talks with practical real-life band / musicians application & a chance to chat through issues together, getting at the worshipping heart of a serving musician.
2. Big song, small band (Richard Simpkin & Steve Nicholson)
Do you ever hear a great song at a convention or on the internet, but you know you wouldn’t have a chance of playing or singing the same song in your small church setting? We’ll give some tips on how to simplify some of the more complicated songs and make them easier to play and more enjoyable to sing.
3. Guitar Workshop – intermediate (Paul Enns & Andy Cowan)
Simplifying hymns for guitar; using the capo do get different voicings; getting the best sound with the least amount of effort; practicing and preparing productively, clarity and confidence in links and intros.
4. Keyboard Workshop – intermediate (Simon Pedley)
Leading from the keyboard; working from chord sheets, fitting in with a guitar-led band
5. Solo instruments Workshop – (Tom Clarke)
Helpful tips for how to give colour to an ensemble, when to play, and when not to play. How to work with the rest of the band and leader.
6. Technical Team (Andy Fenton and Martin Fitzsimons)
How to deal with a life of under-appreciation and over-expectation!  Working with musicians and pastors; keeping an attitude of service and humility while trying to do the best job possible with limited equipment.

How to create inventive guitar-led arrangements that don't distract - advanced chord changing/voicings/rhythm use
4. Keyboard Workshop
– advanced (Richard Simpkin & Simon Pedley)
Reharmonizing hymns, spacing chords, accompanying solo items, improvisation; using pads and Hammond on electric keys.
5. Drums & Bass Workshop

6. Technical Team
- (Nick Watkins)
Development and implementation of PA and visual technology in the local church, to aid the singing of God’s word rather than a distraction. Development advice on process management from planning to installation, along with some wisdom on best practice within the local church.
